These terms are an agreement between you and Vurnly ("we"). By creating an account or using Vurnly you agree to them. The privacy policy explains what Vurnly keeps about you.

What Vurnly is

Vurnly is a free wishlist and price tracker. You save products from stores; Vurnly re-reads those listings from time to time and can email you when a price reaches the number you set or something comes back in stock. Vurnly never sells anything itself and never charges you.

Prices and stock can be wrong

Everything Vurnly shows comes from a store's own page or service at the moment it was read. Stores change prices and stock at any time, pages can be misread, and alerts can arrive late or not at all. Always check the price, size, seller and condition on the store's own site before you buy. Vurnly says when it is unsure, but a reading is not a promise, and we are not responsible for a purchase you make because of one.

Stores

eBay, Walmart, StockX, Best Buy and the other stores Vurnly reads are separate companies. Their names and trademarks belong to them, and Vurnly is not endorsed by or affiliated with any of them unless it says so. When you buy, you buy from the store, on its terms. Some links to stores may be affiliate links, which can earn Vurnly a commission at no cost to you; it never changes what Vurnly shows you or in what order.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use Vurnly.
• One account per person, with an email address you own. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Vurnly is for your own shopping. Don't use it to collect store data in bulk, to get around a store's rules, to overload Vurnly or the stores it reads, or for anything unlawful.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we may stop offering Vurnly or any part of it — including a particular store — at any time.

Etsy

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Vurnly uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

No warranty

VURNLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE STORES WHOSE DATA IT SHOWS ARE NOT THE PROVIDER OF VURNLY AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT IT OR THE DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VURNLY, INCLUDING A PURCHASE MADE OR MISSED BECAUSE OF A PRICE, STOCK READING OR ALERT.

Changes
